New patients
Your first visit
A first visit takes about an hour. Here is what happens, in order.
Step 1: Ask for a visit
Use the form or call us. Tell us a good day and how you would like us to reply.
Step 2: We check your benefits
If you have dental insurance, our front desk checks your plan's benefits and tells you what the plan says it covers before you come in.
Step 3: Fill in your forms
Health history and consent forms are in the practice's own secure portal, not on this website. Paper forms are at the office if you prefer them.
Step 4: Meet the dentist
You talk through what you would like, then have an exam. X-rays are taken only if your dentist decides you need them.
Step 5: A plan in writing
You leave with a written plan and an estimate for any treatment, and time to think before you decide.
Fill in your new-patient forms
Complete your health history before you arrive. The forms open in the practice's own secure portal.

Before you come in
01What do I bring to a first visit?
Your insurance card if you have one, a photo ID and a list of the medicines you take. If you have recent dental X-rays, bring them or ask your old office to send them.
02Do I enter medical details on this website?
No. The contact form asks for none. Health history goes on the forms in the practice's own secure portal.
03Can you get my records from my last dentist?
Yes. Give us your previous practice's contact details and, with your written permission, we will ask for your records before your first visit.
Ready to book a first visit?
Tell us a good time and how to reach you. We will take it from there.
